Ramzi Najjar — Independent Systems Theorist and Founder of Post-Performance Philosophy
Overview
Ramzi Najjar is an independent systems theorist, author, and founder of Post-Performance Philosophy (PPP), a body of work examining the relationship between human behavior, performance, perception, capacity, resistance, and structural change. He is the originator of the Law of Alignment, a developing transdisciplinary framework concerned with how systems accumulate pressure, lose adaptive capacity, and either restore alignment or enter structural decline.
Origins and Longitudinal Observations
The origins of this research program trace back to observations made during the Lebanese Civil War. As a young observer of prolonged conflict, Najjar became interested in a fundamental question: why can people exposed to comparable external conditions experience radically different long-term outcomes? That question remained central to his thinking for decades and eventually developed into a broader investigation of the relationship between external conditions, internal processing, capacity, and behavioral persistence.
Over approximately three decades, Najjar continued recording and examining observations concerning human behavior, operational pressure, adaptation, resistance, and the effects of sustained environmental demands. During the COVID-19 lockdowns, he used the interruption of ordinary life to consolidate these observations into a nine-book body of work that became the literary foundation of Post-Performance Philosophy.
Theoretical Formalization & Cybernetics
His subsequent research extended beyond philosophical prose into systems theory, cybernetics, mathematical modeling, and nonlinear dynamics. The Law of Alignment was progressively formalized through a series of research monographs and technical studies addressing structural drift, capacity depletion, accumulation, resistance, dissemination, and alignment across different types of systems.
The framework has been developed as an open subject for examination, mathematical analysis, computational testing, empirical investigation, extension, and falsification. Related research records have been deposited with persistent DOIs through Zenodo and indexed across academic research platforms, including PhilPapers and Academia.edu.
The Nine-Volume Philosophical Arc
Najjar’s nine-book philosophical arc represents the literary foundation of this broader research program, moving systematically from questions of consciousness and perception toward psychology, resilience, ego, performance, and ultimately the cessation of performance itself:
- The YOU beyond you (2020)
- The Ultimate Human Secrets (2021)
- The Echoes of Enigma (2024)
- How to Hack Back Your Mind (2024)
- Our Matrix Decoded (2025)
- The Art of Pushing Forward (2025)
- The Ego Pill (2025)
- Why God Sleeps When We Wake Up (2025)
- Exit the Echo (2025)
Institutional Independence
His work is deliberately independent of conventional institutional structures. Rather than presenting Post-Performance Philosophy as a finished doctrine, Najjar continues to develop the underlying framework through formal specification, mathematical modeling, and interdisciplinary research.
His publications have received international book awards and distinctions, including recognition from Literary Titan, Pinnacle Book Achievement, AMI Indie, and eLit Awards. [1]
Today, his work sits at the intersection of philosophy, systems thinking, human behavior, and mathematical formalization, with the Law of Alignment serving as the central framework connecting the different stages of the research.
